Requirements  -  Pickup / Delivery
 
  • We request one week's notice to schedule a pickup or delivery.
  • Please be available the day of the pickup/delivery [9:00 AM to 5:00 PM unless alternate time is arranged].
  • You may leave your garment(s) with a doorman/concierge if available.
  • A receipt will be given to you upon pickup and a signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Insurance, although not mandatory, is highly recommended for your garment(s).  If required, you may purchase insurance through Sekas International (call for current rates). 
  • Note: Personal Property Insurance is the sole responsibility of the owner.

The following locations are part of our garment courier service available at no charge for summer storage of your garment(s), blankets, accessories, etc.
Areas not covered are picked up via United Parcel Service.

Schedule
 
The Pickup Schedule for Cold Storage begins mid-April and ends by the end of June.
The Delivery Schedule begins mid-October and ends by the end of December.

  

You may view the  calendar to see what days we are in your area.

  

Reminder :  UPS picks up/delivers Monday thru Friday from any location.
